These terms describe how TheResale works today, during its private alpha.

Alpha marketplace

TheResale is an alpha marketplace for pre-owned shoes. Offers, checkout and transactions are not available. Nothing on TheResale can be bought or sold through the site yet.

What Passport review does

Condition Passport review checks the information and photographs a seller provides for completeness and consistency. It does not authenticate the shoes and it does not verify a seller's identity.

Seller responsibilities

Every listing must represent the exact pair being sold, photographed by the seller.
Condition, flaws, fit and ownership history must be described accurately.
Replicas, counterfeits and stolen goods are prohibited.

Enforcement

TheResale may remove any listing or Passport submission and may suspend or close accounts, including for listings that misrepresent a pair or break the rules above.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how to request deletion of your account and data.
